My name is Teena Lawrence, and I am the managing director of Action Property Management Limited. I have been a Property Investor since 1999. Upon selling my Napier portfolio in 2006, I then relocated to Wanganui, and repurchased here.
I started Property Managing for other landlords on a casual basis in 2007 and due to their dynamic strategies, their portfolios have increased, and something more formal was needed.
Action Property Management Limited was formed in April 2008, as an Independent Property Management Company, solely based in Wanganui, and servicing Waverly also.
My company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance.
